1DC cooling fanIf any abnormal sound is found in the fan during operation, the motor heats up severely, the shell is charged, the switch trips, or cannot be started, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. To ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed during the operation of the fan. After maintenance, a trial run should be conducted for about 5-10 minutes to confirm that there are no abnormal phenomena before starting the machine.

2. It can only operate when the fan is completely normal, and at the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply facilities have sufficient capacity and stable voltage. It is strictly prohibited to exceed or fall below the product voltage usage range, or to operate in phase loss. The power supply line must be a dedicated line, and temporary lines should not be used for long-term power supply.

3DC cooling fanThe usage environment should regularly maintain clear, dry, and clean air. The surface of the fan should be kept clean, and there should be no debris at the inlet and outlet. Regularly remove dust and other debris from the fan and pipes.

4. According to the usage environment conditions, lubricating grease should be supplemented or replaced irregularly for the bearings (motor enclosed bearings do not need to be replaced with lubricating grease during their service life). To ensure good lubrication of the DC cooling fan during operation, the oiling frequency should not be less than 1000 hours per time for the enclosed bearings and motor bearings. ZL-3 lithium based lubricating grease should be used to fill 1/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearings during oiling, and it is strictly prohibited to operate without oil

5DC cooling fanIt should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor or motor from getting damp. When storing DC cooling fans outdoors, defensive measures should be taken.
