Reasons for oil leakage of cooling fan:

Firstly, the sealing of the oil pipeline interface is not tight, and the part of the bearing box that is prone to oil leakage is the shaft seal. If the O-ring and skeleton oil seal of the cooling fan shaft seal are worn, aged, and improperly assembled during maintenance, this situation may occur,

Secondly, the oil supply for lubricating the bearing box is too high. Generally, during normal operation, the lubricating oil pressure is 0.3 MPa and the flow rate is slightly greater than 3 L/min. The lubricating oil is supplied from both sides of the top of the bearing box, and there is an oil ring inside the bearing box. The flow rate is controlled by the oil supply throttle valve. If the oil supply flow rate is too high, it will inevitably cause the maximum oil level to be lower than the actual oil level in the bearing box due to the high-speed operation of the rotor and the increase in lubricating oil temperature, resulting in oil seal leakage. Furthermore, excessive lubricating oil pressure can also cause leakage at the shaft seal.

Thirdly, the quality of the lubricating oil is not up to standard. Some oil quality tests were not conducted regularly according to regulations, resulting in excessive particle size and wear of rubber seals, or lubricating oil containing moisture, causing rust and damage to servo valves, leading to oil leakage;

Fourthly, hydraulic cylinder oil leakage, inadequate sealing of the cooling fan hydraulic cylinder, or excessive clearance, as well as inadequate layer bonding, can all lead to hydraulic cylinder oil leakage problems.
