The difference between the DC fan and the AC fan 时间:【2018-08-07】 共阅【2864】次 【打印】【返回

According to the different voltage types, the fan can be divided into two kinds of fan and direct current fan, so what's the difference in the internal structure of the fan except the voltage?

First, the internal structure of the AC fan is made up of two coil windings (starting and running windings) in series, so there are three intersections. The point in series is the common end. The AC motor needs a starting capacitor. The capacity is very small in 250V. The capacitor has no positive and negative poles, only two interfaces. The end of the winding is connected to the end of the starting winding, the end of a connecting operation winding is made up of a triangular form. The power line is connected to the end of the winding, the other ends the common end, and the bottom line is connected to the motor shell. The difference between the DC fan and the AC fan is that the DC fan has three windings, which are around the rotor, the stator is mounted on the magnetic block, the rotor is enclosed, the capacitor is not needed, and the carbon brush is needed. You can reverse the fan just by changing the positive and negative poles of the power supply.
